Antitrust Guide for Association Members: An Outline of Procedures to Maintain Compliance with the Law (1996)
This 11-page booklet outlines procedures to follow for maintaining compliance with antitrust laws. This guide was prepared by Arthur L. Herold, Webster Chamberlain & Bean for American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) , and is designed to give a brief look at potential problem areas and suggest procedures associations should follow to maintain compliance with the antitrust laws. It is presented in outline form to serve as a reference guide for association members.
