NY State Recreation Resources for Children and Youth with Physical Disabilities: This listing represents the response to an initial request for information on programs that these members knew of in their region of NY State. We encourage NYPTA members to contact the New York state representative to the Pediatrics section, Kathleen M. Buccieri, PT, DPT, MS, PCS, at kbuccieri@ithaca.edu, if they know of additional high quality exercise and recreation programs for children and youths with disabilities. Let’s build the list! And let’s promote physical activity for children and teens with physical disabilities.
