Corresponding Membership

APTA has included the option to become a corresponding member of one or more chapters on the renewal invoice. According to APTA bylaws, corresponding members shall have the right and privilege to attend chapter meetings, speak and debate at chapter meetings, receive all chapter publications and correspondence, and have access to chapter information resources provided to chapter members. For details of benefits for a specific chapter, members will be referred to the chapter office. If your chapter has not already notified APTA of the dues rate for corresponding members of your chapter, please do so by December 15. After December 15, the rates will be set for 2004. Chapters with no specified dues rate must offer the corresponding membership category with a dues rate of zero. If you have questions, please contact Lisa Ruane at lisaruane@apta.org or at ext 3231.
